Ayurveda Nirupana
Illness in every household is extremely common in today’s world. Everyone is suffering from some problem or the other. Some may have acidity, others high BP. Some have joint pains while others suffer from gastric troubles. Is there anybody around whom we can truly call “completely healthy”? Even to maintain good health we need to work hard; and yet the proper treatment of diseases remains far away! When we say that we don’t have any specific health issue, we might still have underlying problems like feeling lethargic, frequent fatigue, no sound sleep etc. So, can we declare our so called “healthy life” to be really healthy?
If we try to look for reasons behind such complaints, we should start with ourselves. These health issues seem to be minor in front of the “Modern Lifestyle” we are enjoying now. Our new generation has abandoned the old traditions under the label of modernization and no wonder it has resulted into health hazards. Our food habits, work schedules, daily lifestyle, mental states – everything is random! The habits which western people gave us like pizza, burger, preserved foods, Chinese food, 4-4 liters of water a day have weakened the digestive power of our Indian appetite. Continuous sitting in A/C, day-night travelling, work stress, different types of worries – all these have impacted not only our bodies but also our minds. Ultimately “we” are the ones responsible for our own health deprivation. So, what is the way forward?
For centuries in India, Ayurveda has been showing us the path to a good and healthy lifestyle. These standards of living keep us secure from any kind of dietic, behavioral and mental causes of diseases. What we need to do is to understand Ayurveda and implement it in our life. It is wise to prevent diseases before they manifest. To promote this social awareness, many Ayurvedic physicians are taking tremendous efforts. Improvement of Individual health can only lead to betterment of social health and ultimately the health of the entire nation. “Ayurveda Nirupana” is a small assistance to this divine work. This will certainly help you all with being healthier and happier, with just a few small changes in your lifestyle.
